TenderScan is operated by YatedLabs. This page says what we collect, which is very little.

Searching

You do not need an account to search, and we do not set a cookie to identify you. We keep an aggregate count of page views, using a daily-rotating salted hash of your IP address and browser — it cannot be reversed to identify you and is discarded after two days.

Email alerts

If you ask for alerts we store your email address and the search it belongs to, and nothing else. You confirm the address by clicking a link before we ever send anything, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all mail to that address immediately.

Advertising

When ads are shown they are served by Google AdSense, which sets its own cookies and may use them to personalise ads. You can control that at Google Ad Settings. When ads are off, no third-party script loads at all.

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the ICO. Write to us via contact.
