The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to engage with experienced providers for Community Harm Reduction and Recovery Initiation Services, delivered via local hubs throughout Edinburgh. Providers must have relevant experience in substance use harm reduction and recovery services with a local presence in Edinburgh. Full eligibility to be defined in the contract notice. This notice is a market engagement PIN under Light Touch Regime (social services). Not covered by GPA.
