What this is

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is re-opening its Independent Specialist Provision (ISP) flexible framework for new and existing providers of specialist education placements for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The framework is divided into five lots covering ASD/SLCN, SEMH, Cognition & Learning/SpLD, Severe/Profound & Multiple Learning Disability, and Hearing/Visual Impairment. Providers may apply for one or more lots; the specialist school must be based in Stoke-on-Trent or within a reasonable travelling distance.
