What this is
Revenue Scotland is seeking a strategic technology partner to deliver and support a next-generation cloud-hosted tax administration and case management platform (SETS — Scottish Electronic Tax System) for the collection and management of devolved Scottish taxes. The system must support at least five taxes, portal access for taxpayers/agents, case management, workflow automation, and integration with finance and contact systems. This is a Prior Information Notice; the formal contract notice was expected around 2 November 2026.
