What this is

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Accommodation, part of the Ministry of Defence, plans to construct eight model homes at a site off Sling Road near Bulford Camp, Wiltshire, using the MOD's new house type designs under the Defence Housing Strategy 2025. The homes will initially serve as Portfolio Model Homes showcasing new designs and establishing building specifications for future Service Family Accommodation delivery. The development is expected to include environmental mitigation, road and infrastructure improvements, parking, EV charging points, smart technology and renewable energy features. The opportunity will be run through the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System under the Small Residential, South West lot.

Who can bid

Suppliers must be registered on the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System for the Small Residential, South West lot; those on the DPS but not registered for that lot must join it to be able to tender.
