What this is

The London Borough of Newham is reopening Lot 1 Round 7 of a Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the supply of children's externally commissioned care, accommodation and support services. This lot covers the provision of Semi-Independent Living Services for looked after children, care leavers and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Who can bid

Any interested organisation/consortium with relevant experience may submit a bid. The PDPS is open for use to any Public Body outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972.

Submissions via the portal at https://www.newham.gov.uk/council/procurement---buy/2. One-stage procedure for admission onto the PDPS. Applications can be submitted throughout the duration of the PDPS, but will only be processed when the round is closed.

Contract period

The PDPS will be conducted in staged Rounds throughout its lifetime at the Authority's discretion. The length of Rounds will vary. Further Rounds will be communicated at time of publication.
