Transport for Wales is establishing a framework agreement for independent assessor services to verify compliance with railway safety, interoperability, and regulatory requirements. Quality 70% · Price 30% Lot 1: Price 30% (hourly/daily rates), Quality 60% (full details in tender pack), Social Value 10%. Same weighting structure applies to other lots.

Total estimated framework value: GBP 4,125,000 (excluding VAT). Lot 1 (AsBo) estimated value: GBP 1,666,667 (excluding VAT) / GBP 2,000,000 (including VAT). Lot 2 estimated value: GBP 1,666,667.
