Sport Wales seeks to procure an Arena Lighting Upgrade at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff. Quality 30% · Price 70% Quality Submission 30% weighting; Financial Submission 70% weighting. Quality assessed on: relevant experience in last three years particularly in public sector (20%); current workload and mobilisation plan with planning and resource commitment (20%); defects management and handover approach (10%); awareness of challenges with Sport Wales remaining open during works (subject to risk assessment). Financial score based on lowest priced bid scoring maximum 70 marks; all other bids proportioned against winning tender.

Estimated value GBP 83,333.33 excluding VAT; GBP 100,000 including VAT. All prices to be stated in pounds sterling (£) exclusive of VAT. Payment terms: within 30 days of receipt of valid invoice in accordance with Procurement Act 2023.

Performance guarantee

Performance bond or guarantee from contractor's parent company is not required. Collateral warranties not required. Adjudicator to be appointed, with nominating body being The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Contract to be based on JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2024.
