Performance guarantee
Contractor must maintain appropriate insurance throughout the contract period covering all risks including death/personal injury, loss/damage to property, employers liability, product liability, and professional indemnity. Contractor must supply copies of insurance policies and evidence of premium payment on request. Performance will be monitored against KPIs with monthly reporting required. Failure to meet agreed service levels may result in a Performance Improvement Plan requirement.
How to submit

Clarifications
All requests for clarification or further information must be submitted by messaging before the clarification deadline of 19 August 2026. No approach of any kind to the Contracting Authority, their employees or advisors is permitted after the deadline or outside the portal, which may result in automatic elimination from the procurement.
Contract period
Initial term of 2 years commencing 1 December 2026, with options to extend for two further periods of 1 year each (1+1 basis) subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
