Performance guarantee

Contractor must maintain appropriate insurance throughout the contract period covering all risks including death/personal injury, loss/damage to property, employers liability, product liability, and professional indemnity. Contractor must supply copies of insurance policies and evidence of premium payment on request. Performance will be monitored against KPIs with monthly reporting required. Failure to meet agreed service levels may result in a Performance Improvement Plan requirement.

Clarifications

No approach of any kind to the Contracting Authority, their employees or advisors is permitted after the deadline or outside the portal, which may result in automatic elimination from the procurement.

Contract period
