Carmarthen Town Council seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing roof covering of the Grandstand at Richmond Park, including temporary removal, secure storage, reinstatement, testing and commissioning of the existing Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installation. Money
Estimated value: GBP 60,000 (excluding VAT). Including VAT: GBP 72,000. Payment shall be made against agreed valuations following satisfactory completion of the works. Retention arrangements, where applicable, to be agreed prior to contract award.
Performance guarantee
Minimum 10-year workmanship warranty required. Manufacturers' warranties for roofing products and replacement PV mounting components required. Upon completion, contractor must provide Completion Certificate, Electrical Test Certificates, Solar PV Commissioning Certificate, Manufacturers' Warranties, Workmanship Guarantee, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Waste Transfer Notes, as-installed photographs, updated drawings, and handover documentation.
