Money

Estimated contract value GBP 330,000 (excluding VAT) / GBP 396,000 (including VAT) over 3 years. Supplier must provide fixed pricing for initial contract period with clear statement of volume break discounts and any additional charges (artwork amendments, delivery surcharges).

Performance guarantee

Supplier must maintain 99% minimum order accuracy rate, meet agreed delivery timelines (standard 5–10 working days, urgent same/next day), and hold 3 months emergency stock. Performance monitored against KPIs including on-time delivery, order accuracy, quality compliance, responsiveness, invoice accuracy, and environmental compliance. Failure to meet standards may result in corrective action plans, formal review, or contract termination.
