ECSC Dynamic Framework - Re-opening of Lot 9 - Early Years Experts - Sector Support

What this is

The Department for Education is reopening Lot 9 of the ECSC Dynamic Framework to invite suppliers to provide specialist expertise supporting the Early Years sector and Best Start in Life strategy. Suppliers must join the framework to access future call-off opportunities for services including data/digital management support and speech/language/communication expertise.

Who can bid

Suppliers must respond to mandatory pre-qualification questions in the overarching ITT. Suppliers who achieved a place on Lot 9 in the original competition do not need to re-apply. All other organisations must apply during the onboarding phase and undergo rigorous supplier checks.

Contract period

Dynamic Framework with direct call-off and mini competition routes available. Framework allows for multiple call-off opportunities over time as determined by emerging priorities and needs identified by the Department and/or BSIL Implementation Partner.
