What this is
BIST is seeking suppliers to provide Data Pipelines, Analytics and Visualisation (DPAV) services for the National Digital Twin Programme, including development of data-driven applications, analytics products, visualisation tools, and supporting data pipelines across government and public sector partners.

Who can bid
Only suppliers registered on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Spark DPS RM6094 framework are eligible to participate. Suppliers must be UK-based, hold Above Official security clearance, and have category selections aligned with specified Spark DPS filters (AI & Automation, Natural Language Processing, Predicted Analytics, Prescriptive Analysis, Engineering / Materials Science, Spatial Computing, Data, Data Presentation). Completion of mandatory capability assessment questionnaire is required.

How to submit
This is a PIN (Prior Information Notice) for market engagement only. Formal ITT anticipated to be published in September 2026. Suppliers must register on Spark DPS before the filtering exercise scheduled for the week commencing 24th August.
