What this is

Milford Haven Port Authority invites tenders for the design, construction, certification, delivery and commissioning of a new Harbour Patrol Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) for multi-role operational asset supporting harbour authority functions, maritime safety, port security and emergency response. The successful tenderer shall provide a complete turnkey solution including vessel design, construction, certification, equipment installation, commissioning, training and documentation.

Estimated award date: 28 September 2026. Tenderers must submit a primary price and an alternative price for a full cabin variant.
