Who can bid

Providers capable of delivering the service are invited to express interest within 14 days of publication. Assessment will begin after this 14-day period in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (MSP process).

Money

Initial 12-month contract value: £1,000,000 excluding VAT. Total value with optional extension: £2,000,000 excluding VAT.

Performance guarantee

Providers must demonstrate credible mobilisation plan with full service delivery capability within 12 weeks of contract award.

Contract period

Initial 12-month contract with optional 12-month extension. Total contract value including extension is £2,000,000 excluding VAT. Service commencement anticipated January 2027.
