Estimated value GBP 100,000. Tender price must be fully inclusive of all labour, materials, plant, delivery, installation, surfacing, making good, testing, certification and VAT. Council will not pay travel costs for contractors outside local area.

Performance guarantee

Contractor must provide Risk Assessment of activities and all relevant Insurance documents to Clerk before contract commencement. Contractor indemnifies Council against claims for injury or damage resulting from negligence, poor workmanship or failure to notify Council of hazards. Regular Council inspections throughout contract period.

How to submit

Submit by 12 noon Wednesday 16 September 2026 to The Clerk, Winchcombe Town Council, Abbey Fields Community Centre, Back Lane, Winchcombe, GL54 5QH. Hard copy tenders in sealed envelope marked 'Private & Confidential - Tender Enclosed'. Must include completed Form of Tender (Appendix C), Questionnaire (Appendix D), public liability and employer's liability insurance copies, proposed design drawings and technical specifications.

Contract period

One-off design, supply and installation contract running from agreed commencement date until practical completion, independent post-installation inspection, handover, completion of documentation and expiry of defects period or warranty obligations.
