NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB is conducting an early market engagement exercise (Prior Information Notice for Expressions of Interest) to establish interest in delivering a GP Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) Service in Norfolk and Waveney. The SAS provides safe primary medical services for vulnerable and challenging patients referred by their existing GP (currently 108 patients), using multi-disciplinary teams to support their return to general primary medical services.
