What this is

Dumfries and Galloway Council is establishing Public Social Partnership (PSP) arrangements for third sector social care commissions. A PSP is a collaborative framework in which public sector bodies and social enterprises or community organisations co-design, deliver and evaluate services with social impact, anchored by a Memorandum of Understanding defining the partnership's purpose, scope, roles and governance.
