NHS Grampian is seeking consultancy support to improve equipment performance and develop the operations and maintenance arrangements for the Energy Centre on the Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen for a period of up to 1 year. The Energy Centre comprises three Cochran steam generators, a biomass boiler, a Centrax CHP power generation package, a gas compression module, and ancillary equipment. The scope includes performance measurement and analysis, O&M procedure development, planning and scheduling, and day-to-day coordination, coaching, and training of existing staff and contractors, estimated at 1 WTE experienced person predominantly based on site.
