What this is

Amey Defence Services Limited (ADS), acting under the FDIS contract for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), is seeking subcontractors to design and construct a fully winterised home office/garden room including paved access, electrical services, heating, and stepped access for one residential property in Scotland (North Region). The structure must comply with permitted development criteria and be finished in keeping with the main house. Bidders must be willing to act as Main Contractor and be a verified Constructionline GOLD member.

Who can bid

All bidders must pass a PQQ, sign Amey Terms and Conditions, and meet MoD Security Requirements. Assessment per PCR 2015 Regulations 57, 58 & 60.
