Estimated value GBP 4,500,000. For complex works the bidder must carry Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least GBP 1,000,000 at contract award.

How to submit

Expressions of Interest are submitted by email only. Procurement documentation follows separately via a link from Amey's e-tender portal (Curtis Fitch). The bidder must quote for all aspects of the works.

Contract period

Works are for FY2026/27. Future works of a similar nature may be negotiated based on submitted rates via mini-competitions or call-offs under a Sub-contract Agreement.
