What this is
Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking an Inclusive Travel SaaS product to help visually impaired and disabled people travel independently on public transport in Essex. The solution will use digital technology (smartphone-based) to provide accessible, contextualised journey information, enabling users to orientate themselves in unfamiliar environments.
