Social Security Scotland is seeking suppliers for: Social Program Management (SPM) Framework Agreement - Contract Notice. Social Security Scotland is looking to establish a new Framework Agreement for development services for our Curam Social Program Management (SPM) business and technology platform. It is proposed that there will be two lots - Lot 1: SPM Projects will focus on small/medium/large scale projects where the supplier is responsible for projects relating to the end-to-end delivery of the service.
