Prior Information Notice (June 2026): the Scottish Prison Service will commission a multidisciplinary supplier to prepare three Conservation Strategies for historic/listed prison estate assets — HMP Barlinnie (Glasgow), HMP Castle Huntly (near Dundee) and HMP Perth.
