What this is

Scottish Enterprise is seeking a professional consultant to provide independent Landscape Oversight Services for the ongoing supervision and management of existing landscaping maintenance contracts across its estate of commercial sites, multi-building sites and development (land) sites across Scotland. The role covers monitoring contractor performance, reviewing specifications and service levels, advising on improvements, and ensuring compliance with contractual, health and safety and environmental requirements. The contract is expected to start September 2026 for a period of 36 months.
