Highlands and Islands Transport Partnership (HITRANS) seeks a qualified consultant team to conduct a Renewable Energy Transport Opportunities Study (HITRANSformers), examining impacts of renewable energy projects (onshore/offshore wind, grid reinforcement) on the Highlands and Islands transport network.
