TACTRAN (Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership) is procuring demand-responsive transport (DRT) operators for its Transport to Employment (T2E) programme — on-demand transport supporting local travel to work — in two lots: Lot 1 DRT suppliers, Lot 2 a spot-award supply framework (up to 6 operators).
