What this is

LHC Procurement Group, acting on behalf of Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), is establishing a national framework for the supply and manufacture of windows, doors and associated works — manufacturers only, not installers or distributors. The WD3 Framework covers five material lots: PVC-U, Timber, Aluminium, Aluminium-Clad Timber, and Steel/Stainless-Steel windows and doors. The framework value is GBP 325,000,000 over 48 months with an optional 12-month extension.

Who can bid

Manufacturers only — applicants must be the manufacturer of the products for which they are tendering. Distributors or installation-only suppliers are excluded. Economic and financial standing and technical ability criteria set out in procurement documents.

Money
