What this is

West Dunbartonshire Council, on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership, intends to establish an open and flexible framework (the Foundations for Change Framework) for additional support services for adults aged 18-65. Lots will be based on geographical locations which are still to be determined. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) alerts the market ahead of a tender anticipated in November 2025, with a provider forum to be held closer to the tender date; it is not a call for competition.
