Hospital Kitchen Deep Cleaning

What this is

NHS Lothian (Lothian Health Board) intends to appoint a contractor to undertake routine deep cleaning services, including grease extract cleaning, at various NHSL kitchen sites. Seven kitchen locations across hospitals such as Western General, Royal Edinburgh, Royal Hospital for Children & Young People, East Lothian Community Hospital and St John's Hospital require cleaning 2-3 times per year. The service covers canopy/filter/extraction cleaning, decarbonising, full disinfection, dismantling and reassembly of equipment, waste removal, and provision of a final clean report and certificate of cleanliness after each clean.
