What this is

The City of Edinburgh Council intends to establish a Framework Agreement (the Community Led Improvement Programme, CLIP) for the utilisation and transformation of communal green spaces, aligned with the Council's Community Wealth Building approach. The framework has two lots: Lot 1 Community Development (community engagement and development activities) and Lot 2 Improvement and Maintenance Projects (landscaping and grounds maintenance, ad-hoc projects and new community gardens). It is limited to service providers who support a volunteer network and is aimed primarily at the third sector. Estimated total value is GBP 1,240,000 excluding VAT.
