What this is
The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB), on behalf of the Scottish Parliament, requires an external organisation to provide internal audit and advisory services, working in partnership with the Head of Internal Audit and Officeholders. A number of officeholders (including the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, Scottish Information Commissioner, Children and Young People Commissioner Scotland, Scottish Human Rights Commission, Ethical Standards Commission, Scottish Biometrics Commissioner, the Electoral Management Board for Scotland and the Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland) can also use the contract. This is a Prior Information Notice (Future Contract Opportunity) ahead of a procurement expected to commence by the end of May 2026.
