Educational Services Procured Services Arrangement (PSA) Phase 12

What this is

South Lanarkshire Council is establishing Phase 12 of its Educational Services Procured Services Arrangement (PSA), a multi-lot, multi-provider flexible framework for the delivery of educational services to SLC Education Resources and all SLC schools. Services include activity-based and residential learning, counselling and support, community and family engagement, and other educational activities. The estimated total value is GBP 42,141,617 over 60 months with optional 5-year extensions. All staff must hold PVG Scheme Membership. Award criteria are 90% quality and 10% price per lot.

Who can bid

All staff delivering services must hold PVG Scheme Membership. Lot 2 (Counselling) may require COSCA/BACP registration. Lot 3 (Community Engagement) may require CLD Standards Council registration. PSA remains open to new applicants throughout its full term.
