What this is

Scotland Excel has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the treatment and disposal of recyclable waste across Scotland, valued at £200 million over 84 months. The DPS covers multiple lots including mixed recyclate, paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, metals and other recyclable waste streams. The deadline for admission is 12 February 2029.
