What this is

The Scottish Government is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Internet of Things (IoT) services for Scottish public sector bodies. The DPS covers IoT hardware, software, connectivity, and related managed services. The estimated total value is £2 million and the DPS is open to new suppliers throughout its 7-year lifetime until September 2026.

Who can bid

DPS admission based on pass/fail selection criteria. Individual call-off contracts evaluated on Quality 40-80% and Price 20-60%, with exact weightings confirmed at each mini-competition.

Estimated total DPS value £2 million. Individual call-off contracts placed by Scottish public sector bodies as requirements arise.
