Education Taxi and PHC Transport Service

What this is

Falkirk Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Education Taxi and Private Hire Car (PHC) Transport Services for the conveyance of pupils with additional support needs and other entitled pupils to schools and educational establishments. Who can bid

Quality 10% · Price 90% 10% quality (operational delivery factors including vehicle condition, complaint handling), 90% price. Mini-competitions run throughout DPS lifetime.
