Glasgow City Council (jointly with Renfrewshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council, University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Life) has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Event Services, Equipment (via Hire) and Associated Structures, running for 7 years (2023-2030) with option to extend 3 x 12 months. The DPS covers 16 categories including temporary power, fencing, AV equipment, furniture, marquees, staging, fireworks, lighting and waste services. Admission is rolling throughout the DPS period.
