What this is

The Scottish Government is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Technology and Cyber Services for Scottish public sector bodies. The DPS covers a wide range of digital and cyber technology services including digital transformation, cyber security, cloud services, data and analytics, and related consultancy. The DPS is open to new suppliers throughout its 4-year lifetime until March 2027.

Who can bid

Suppliers must demonstrate relevant technical ability in digital technology and/or cyber security. Relevant certifications may be required per lot. ESPD required. Exclusion grounds per Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

DPS admission on pass/fail selection criteria. Individual call-off contracts evaluated on Quality 40-80% and Price 20-60%, with exact weightings confirmed per mini-competition.
