What this is

NHS National Services Scotland is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Insourcing Services at NHS Scotland Hospitals, enabling NHS boards to procure clinical staff and teams to deliver services within NHS hospitals on an insourcing basis. Who can bid

Clinical staff must hold appropriate professional registration (GMC, NMC etc). Providers must demonstrate relevant NHS insourcing experience. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance required. ESPD required.

DPS admission based on pass/fail selection criteria. Individual call-off contracts evaluated on quality and price criteria confirmed per mini-competition.
