WLC Small Vehicle Transport DPS

What this is

West Lothian Council has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Small Vehicle Transport (vehicles for fewer than 16 passengers), primarily for school transport but available to all council departments. The DPS runs for 10 years (2022-2032) with an estimated total value of £63 million. All those passing the SPD questions are admitted. Award criteria are stated in the procurement documents.
