Who can bid

Training providers must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications. Where applicable, providers must hold relevant accreditations from SQA, City & Guilds, NEBOSH or other awarding bodies. ESPD required.

Quality 60% · Price 40% 60% quality (subdivided as: General Requirements 70% of quality portion, Contract Management 15%, Fair Work First 15%), 40% price. Mini-competitions run under the DPS.

Estimated total DPS value £14 million over 5 years. Individual call-off contracts placed by participating councils and public bodies for specific training requirements.
