Who can bid
Suppliers must hold the relevant licences depending on the lot (D1 licence, PSV Operators Licence, Section 22 or Special Restricted PSV licence). PVG Scheme Membership and MOT certificates required. Employer's Liability and Public Liability insurance minimum £5m each. Minimum 3 years driving experience or Advanced driving qualification.
