Procurement for Housing / PfH Scotland is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works for housing association members throughout Scotland. Price is not the only award criterion. Full evaluation criteria defined in individual mini-competition documents issued to DPS members at call-off stage.

Money

Estimated total DPS value £250,000,000 excluding VAT. Individual call-off values determined per mini-competition. Some projects may include EU fund elements, confirmed at call-off stage.
