Who can bid
Operators must hold a valid Taxi or PHV Operator's Licence or be a licensed Booking Office. Insurance: Third Party Motor (£5m Property Damage), Public Liability £5m, Employer's Liability £10m. Exclusion grounds per Regulation 58, Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
