Skilled Practitioners DPS

What this is

NHS National Services Scotland is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Skilled Practitioners, enabling NHS Scotland bodies to procure expert consultants and specialists across five lots: Epidemiology, Marketing and Creative, Portfolio/Programme/Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Digital Expertise. The DPS is open to new suppliers and runs until March 2028.

How it is scored

DPS admission based on pass/fail selection criteria per lot. Individual call-off contracts evaluated on quality and price criteria confirmed per mini-competition.
