National Records of Scotland (NRS), jointly with National Museums Scotland, Historic Environment Scotland and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, is establishing a joint Framework Agreement for Professional Estate Management Services covering conservation-led consultancy, multidisciplinary technical and design services, project management, health and safety, and planned maintenance for heritage and listed buildings.
