What this is

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint an experienced organisation to undertake an independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren (the Council's leisure and culture trust), evaluating the extent to which Enjoy East Ren delivers best value in line with Audit Scotland's definition and best value themes. The review will cover: effective use of resources, performance and outcomes, governance and leadership, joint working, and value for money.
