Renfrewshire Council is conducting below-threshold market engagement for the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on public buildings. The Council wishes to extend existing PV arrays on existing sites and install at new sites, plus provide annual servicing, maintenance and reactive maintenance of all non-domestic solar PV installations.
