What this is

Laing O'Rourke Delivery Ltd is seeking subcontractors for the installation-only of timber door sets, screens, and ironmongery for the Monklands Replacement Project (MRP) in the Glasgow & Strathclyde area. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) has been issued as a standalone pre-qualification exercise, with responses required by 12:00 on 19 June 2026. ISO 9001 and Constructionline Gold certification are required at ITT stage.

Who can bid

ISO 9001 certification and Constructionline Gold registration required at ITT stage. Contractors must complete the PQQ (Rev 1 document, 798.77 KB) and return it by 12:00 on 19 June 2026 with full supporting evidence. Only successfully vetted parties will receive an ITT.

How it is scored

Two-stage process: PQQ vetting followed by ITT evaluation. Evaluation criteria and weightings for the ITT will be specified in the Invitation to Tender issued to PQQ-approved contractors.
