What this is

Argyll and Bute Council, on behalf of the Integration Joint Board (IJB), is seeking an experienced social care consultant to lead a 2-year transformation programme for Adult Care at Home Services across Argyll and Bute. The consultant will undertake a comprehensive service review, develop and implement a transformation plan, deliver a communications and change management strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders in co-production, alongside existing service management. This is a Prior Information Notice / market sounding exercise; a draft Service Specification (RFI document, 2.48 MB) is available and the formal contract notice was expected around 4 June 2026.
